For the last time...

19Dec2004: "actually start to find bloggin useless. i have so many things to say but they r not meant to be known n of cos not to be blogged. But i nv liked to write in those old fashion diaries.. So i can only blog about mundane stuff. like the weather?"

that was how i felt 2 months ago and it's coming back to me now. So this might just be the last post here. I'm such a confused person. When i blog, i hope that there'll be people to read and share my thoughts and feelings with. At the same time, there are certain things that i want to blog but do not think that people will understand after reading them and so defeats the purpose.
I'd like to thank those who posted/commented/tagged here. I'll still be blogging but for my eyes only.

"To dare to live alone is the rarest courage; since there are many who had rather meet their bitterest enemy in the field, than their own hearts in their closet."

i choose to live alone.

Happy Chinese New Year..it's been a while...

hmm, took quite a break from blogging. Maybe i'm getting boring, but anyway, not as if i've hardcore fans who need to read my blog everyday.

It's 4a.m now and i woke up from the unbearable itchy-ness due to these mysterious vampire-mosquitoes that had been preying on me for weeks now and still lurking in my house. Hey foggers, what have you been doing?!?

Well, welcome the Rooster(sans bird flu) year! Last night I practically cooked up a storm for the reunion dinner. Skipped 2 lectures to rush home to prepare the dinner. Ok, it was to be centered around the steamboat, so there was the usual meatballs, fishballs, vege, sea cucumber, carrot, fish slices, sweetcorn, fish maw, seaweed, ingredients for the soup:ikan bilis, soya beans. Next, the side dishes.
I cooked "Vegatarian duck fried with broccoli and mushroom" 1st,my aunt who joined us is one devout vegetarian. It was rather well-received, thank god.
Then, "Abalone on chinese cabbage". I thought the gravy was thick and rich.
Lastly, "Teriyaki chicken wings fried with green pepper". Yum-yum.
I threw in ready-made sushi from Cold Storage and voila, a wholesome dinner.
Plus plus, the dessert : "Vanilla ice cream topped with hot chocolate sauce, toasted banana slices and peanuts".

A smorgasbord of delicacies does not equate to a happy time at dinner, even when it means it's the one and only time of the year when the whole family has dinner together.
I miss the times when i was a child, oblivious to the idiosyncracies of the grown-ups, just concerned about the food on the table.

Wake up call!!!

In order to achieve a CAP of [4.00] from your current CAP of [3.70], you must score an average of [A-], equivalent to an average grade point of [4.30].

I'm very ashamed to say that i've not been studying hard enough and exhausting my time on mundane stuff, blogging maybe one of them.
