Dog eat goD world

caught in a lazy mood this morning, i decided to take the elevator up the school library.
there're around 4 others waiting for it when i arrived. slowly, more came n around 10 were waiting for the tiny box that can pack the most 6. when the door opened, those who came later rushed into the elevator before those who were waiting earlier. Well, being me, i got myself in. as the door closed, i noticed the dirty looks on those outside. the "damn it, i came earlier" faces were classic. So i thought, yeah, in this world, if you don't fight for something you want, you may not get it or you may be left out of it. Just a passing thought.

Confession: I have not been studying as hard as I should be. Most days are spent on tuitions, and Japanese. I am pretty sure my Japanese has improved more than I thought, judging by the pretty good results for my mid-term exam. No doubt, my mind's still about Japan. Even I don't understand, hey what's the big deal about Japan. At least, the more I learn about the Japanese language, the more I like it. I had applied for a 10-month program, but chances are so low, they may not even grant me an interview. But I just gotta keep my fingers tightly crossed.

Busy

I have not been blogging faithfully nowadays, I accrue it to lack of time, but yet I was able to do lots of unnecessary stuff. Eddie being Eddie the Kaypoh, always volunteer himself to organising stuff for others. Outings with friends, video screenings for classmates, etc. Also, tution classes are back in full force. Under my wings are the 2 Sec2 China dolls, 1 P6 boy & 1 P4 boy. Not that I lament a lot about it all the time.

My mind has been kept so busy that I have less time to miss Fukuoka. Well, at least not as often as before. It's a driving force for me to work toward another pilgrimage there, this time for at least a year.

Japanese lessons have been taking up much of my time spent on school. Another would be Japanese literature. Sadly, the rest are neglected. This happened for the last 2 sems too. Time to catch up, Eddie.
